0Adelaide home owners, Chris and Kel Spencer recently attended the Adelaide Home Show at The Adelaide Showgrounds to view the range of energy rating systems available at ERS-Bradford.
The semi-retired couple recently purchased a beach house in Sellicks Beach and are renovating their new beach abode and looking for efficient energy systems that will bring their on-going energy costs right down. In particular heating and cooling options as they recently received a $1,600 gas bill over the cooler months this year and looking for alternatives to the gas fire.
The Spencer’s were pleasantly surprised with the amount of information and displays of energy rating systems at The Home Show.
“There is a wealth of information out there on solar energy, but knowing which solar system is best for your home can be tricky. The ERS Consultants at The Home Show were very helpful and guided us through all the different systems available”, says Kel.
“I like coming home to a heated house in the freezing cold winter and the gas fire adds a nice touch to the living room, although it uses so much power!”, says Chris.
The Spencer’s have booked in for an in-home Energy Hour Consultation with ERS and are looking forward to having both their homes assessed so that they choose the right system for their home.
