After getting her latest energy bill paid by ERS we visited our long-term customer for a free consultation.
We discovered that her 1.7kW system could be made to run more efficiently with an upgraded inverter. We also discussed adding another 1kW to her rooftop panels so she could install a heat pump hot-water system, which has minimal running costs.
“My existing gas hot water system is the age of my house so I’ve got to do something soon,” she said. “Thanks for all your help.”
