We value the relationship we have with our customers. That’s why we have a long-term involvement with many of them. Take this example. In 2012 we installed a 4.2kW rooftop solar system for a householder in Morphett Vale.
After losing the 16c/kWh solar feed-in tariff last September our customer decided to take a firm grip of the future and start owning the rooftop energy being produced. Having an all-electric household, with no reliance on costly gas for either cooking or heating, made a good foundation for this decision. We got the call and went through what was required to achieve this long-term strategy.
Our ERS technicians enlarged the solar system by adding another 10 panels (or 2.7kW) to the existing 16. Then we installed a Tesla Powerwall 2. As well as off-setting daily energy use, the Tesla 2 battery storage will power all systems in the house, except the air-conditioning, during an electrical blackout. Our customer also took advantage of our Brighte No-Interest Payment Plan, saying: “If you didn’t have this payment option I wouldn’t be talking to you about doing this so soon. Thank you.”
